4. Site Recommendations

Data shall be managed by a Computerized Management System (CMS) i.e. AMOS. The output to manage the maintenance tasks is as below:

1. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semi Yearly and Yearly Preventive Tasks
2. Work orders for initiation of maintenance tasks on site
3. Inventory Control of available spare parts
4. Purchasing of the items below required STOCK AVAILABILITY
5. Monitoring of KPI (Keeping Performance Indication)
